Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) Granule

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) Granule

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is an engineering polymer that has high fluidity for shaping into any form and provides good gloss and color. ABS granules are known for their strength, thermal stability, and ability to adapt to any tough matrix. ABS is created by polymerizing acrylonitrile and styrene along with the presence of polybutadiene. The ratios vary, but this combination makes ABS more resistant than pure polystyrene. ABS granules have numerous physical properties such as high strength, impact resistance even at low temperatures, good insulation, good weldability, good wear, and pressure resistance, and high dimensional stability (mechanically strong and stable over time). ABS exhibits exceptional mechanical properties, meaning it is naturally hard and therefore provides good impact resistance. ABS is commonly used in producing refrigerator bodies, computer bodies, manufacturing refrigeration insulation, and the plating industry. It is also used in creating prototype models, enclosures and covers, body parts and retainers, automotive parts, rollers and pipes, and fittings. Asan Form Kimia is a prominent supplier and exporter of recycled ABS granules in Iran.
