Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Granule
In Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) granule, the polymer chain linkage is simple and unbranched. In this type of granule, the force between molecules and the maximum strength is high. Due to this feature, light granules are used in the production of pipes. The main application of light granules is in the production of shrink films, casting, extrusion coating, and injection molding. These granules are used in masterbatch, powder coating, single and double-extruded films for liquid packaging, heat and pressure layer films, and adhesive layering. Light granules also have many grades, including H2420, F2420, D2420, and K2420. Grade D2420 is a lightweight film grade. The molecular bonding in this grade is irregular and entangled. This grade is used to produce medium-thickness films without additive packages such as anti-block for preventing film sticking. Grade D2420 cannot be used for pharmaceutical purposes. The next grade is H2420, which is a lightweight film grade of polyethylene. This grade is also used to produce thin films with a thickness of 20 to 100 millimeters without additive packages such as slip agents. This grade is also not suitable for pharmaceutical purposes. Asan Form Kimia Company is one of the well-known suppliers and exporters of recycled low-density polyethylene (LDPE) granule granules in Iran.
