High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Granule
Molecular bonding in heavy high-density polyethylene (HDPE) granule with branched chains is inhibited due to the branched nature of the chains, which prevents them from forming strong bonds with each other. This failure to establish proper bonds weakens the intermolecular force and tensile strength of the granules. t granules also possess characteristics such as flexibility and ease of decomposition. They are produced through radical polymerization. Heavy granules are used in the production of water supply pipes, directional tapes, woven bags, monofilament, stretch film, and thermoforming. They are also used to create food containers with thin walls, household appliances, and toys. The final use of this grade is for woven bags and monofilament, fiber optic cable channels, glossy and paper films, industrial containers with a capacity of 100 liters or more, thin-layer thermoforming, and masterbatch. Heavy polyethylene granules have many grades, including 5218 for the production of thin-walled food containers, 5620 for household appliances and toys, 5740 for pallet production using injection molding, 35 for various bottle production using blow molding, 5030 for plastic cups through injection molding, and more. Asan Form Kimia is a reputable supplier and exporter of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) granules in Iran.
