Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Granule

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) granule have a lower density compared to other types of granules mentioned above. The molecular bonding type in these granules is in the form of short branches. Linear granules are used in the construction of pipe connections and plastic pipes. They are also used in the production of gas pipes. Linear polyethylene granules are used in extrusion molding, injection molding, and rotational molding. Generally, linear granules are used in heavy-duty and special film grades for block resistance, woven fabric coatings, aluminum foil, and masterbatch applications. One of the most famous linear granule grades is 209AA, which is widely used in the plastic industry. This grade is used in the production of various disposable plastic containers.
